The bundle includes everything in the Classic Lunchbox PDF Pattern and 3D Printer STL Files for the Classic Lunchbox. Please click on those links for more information about each product.
The optional 3D print files require access to a 3D printer. They are designed for a standard 3D printer with a build volume of 256mm x 256mm x 256mm, although full-sized cutting templates for all non-rectangular pieces are also included for those who have larger print beds. For smaller printers, such as the Ender 3v2, modified files are included to reduce the minimum required build space to 220mm x 220mm x 250mm. Note that the Front Gusset Stiffener has not been modified for smaller printers. Please verify your printer's specifications before purchasing. If you don't own a 3D printer, check if a nearby makerspace or library offers one for use.

Instructions with over 200 photographs showing all three finishing methods: the Binding Method, the Drop-In Lining Method, and the Cheat Method.
This pattern includes easy-to-follow cut charts with measurements, as well as printable pattern templates for all pieces for those who prefer not to measure while cutting.
SVG files are included for all non-rectangular pieces, including the rounded zipper window cutout.
For 3D Printers: Cutting template files are included for all non-rectangular pieces. Designed to fit flat within the print bed, some of these files are the left half of each template. The templates can be flipped over to cut the other side of your material.
For 3D Printers: This tool makes placement of your zipper for the front panel quick and easy, giving a beautifully centered zipper instantly.
For 3D Printers: Gusset Stiffeners add structure to the lunchbox, providing much more support than possible with traditional interfacing. They cannot be used with the Binding Method or any modification that requires turning the bag inside out to attach the lining, as the 3D-printed stabilizers themselves cannot be turned inside out. These are a great option for both domestic and industrial machines. The Back Gusset Stiffener can be used alone, but the Front Gusset Stiffener was designed to be paired with the corresponding Back Gusset Stiffener.
Important: The Back Gusset Stiffener is only compatible with the Drop-In Lining Method if using a cylinder arm machine — or the Cheat Method using any sewing machine.
The Front Gusset Stiffener is available in one thickness and features an integrated front plate that helps reinforce and protect the front panel of the bag. It is recommended for use only with the Cheat Method.The 3D print files included with this product are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only, with limited allowance for incorporation into handmade items as described below. - Modify, remix, or create derivative works of the 3D files without prior written permission.
- Sell or distribute printed parts, whether individually or as part of kits or add-ons.
- Upload the files to any public or private file-sharing site, model repository, or dataset.
